What this program is

DairyForge Driver Alerts is an operational (non-marketing) text-messaging program for milk-hauling drivers, dispatchers, and plant-operations staff at DairyForge customer organizations. Messages relate directly to your work shifts and routes:

Shift assignment and shift-change notifications.
New, modified, or cancelled milk-pickup routes.
Plant-side intake delays, bay assignments, and wash-bay availability.
Emergency dispatch reassignments and safety alerts.

We do not send promotional or advertising content, and we never sell or share your mobile number for marketing.

How to opt in (consent)

You opt in to DairyForge Driver Alerts in one of these ways — each records your express consent for the mobile number you provide:

At hire or engagement: you confirm to a supervisor or HR representative that you agree to receive operational text messages at your mobile number.
Written acknowledgement: SMS consent is included in your employment or contractor agreement, or an onboarding addendum.
In-app: when you complete first-time setup of the DairyForge mobile app, it records your acknowledgement of these terms.

DairyForge keeps a record of the consent date and method for each enrolled number. You are never opted in without one of the steps above.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your shift activity — several messages on an active driving day, none on a day you are not on shift. There is no fixed daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates and charges apply to messages sent to or from your device. DairyForge does not charge you for participation.

Stop & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time — you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enroll. Reply HELP for help and contact info.

Privacy
